Hi guys,

wanna show you my upgrade to Gladiator Rubicon shocks.
Improved the vehicle's offroad performance a lot.

Front install was easy - plug n play

Rear install made the built of some spacers affordable.

In future, there is planned to upgrade some Eibach + 30mm springs
Don't need a really lift, I just want to compensate the weight of the future roof rack, the cargo drawer and the front winch and lights

Very interesting, did you just install the shocks? Did you get any lift from that?
Yes, I installed just the shocks. No lift due to the shocks. BUT: The Gladiator shocks do have more travel lenght, so they are a big improvement offroad.

How did you make those spacers? Is that the m14 bolt?

Well, a friend of mine CNC machined them, by having an OEM Wrangler shock as sample to take measurements

Did you ever do the eibach springs? I am very interested to hear results from that change. I did the same gladiator shock swap, I was hoping to get an inch or so from new springs. Had planned to use some diesel take offs but I can't seem to find anyone in my area trying to get rid of them.

The Eibach springs should be work well with the gladiator shocks

I am pretty sure that these springs are used in some of the lift kits offered in the US (such as Rustys Offroad).

However, in Europe we need the TUV approval papers in order to mount them legally on our Jeep, and I dont see any spring kit with that Part No. in the Eibach european website (?)

See my link above from a German store.. they sell both, the 2 door and the 4 door with TÜV paper..

about 30mm on a Rubicon, about 45-50mm on a non Rubicon
