So last Thursday 9/9/21 around 3:30 in the afternoon I got into a car accident it was raining hard and I had all my precautions on windshield wipers were on max speed and my lights were on and of course seatbelts were on and no distractions all of a sudden the Jeep Wrangler in front of me came to a complete stop full foot on brakes and I got scared and my reaction was to slam on my brakes to not hit the Jeep in front of me but I slammed so hard on my brakes that my car hydroplaned and slid into the back of the other persons Jeep and now I’m wondering if my Jeep is Fixable or it’s a total loss both driver and passenger airbags deployed, transmission is broken and front bumper got stuck under the guys Jeep is it a total loss or is it fixable?

Only your insurance adjuster can tell you that. There is likely frame damage if the engine was pushed backwards causing transmission issues. But can’t tell anything from your pictures except there is significant damage. Age and mileage of your Jeep will also be a determining factor.

Dang, that hurts! Everyone good I’m assuming?
I’d personally call it a loss. Who knows what issues you’ll keep running into down the road. Hopefully you have full insurance on it! But really, anything is fixable. Bring it to a frame specialist and they’ll make sure the frame is true. Bring to body shop. Bring it to an engine shop. Etcetera.. (I prefer specialized shops rather than all-in-one even if you need to tow it).

And this picture definitely needs to be in the “Jeep’s Parking next to Jeep’s thread.” Maybe the other Jeeper is on this forum?

It’s a 2019 Sahara I bought last year brand new and it only had 11k miles on it

FYI Any rear collision like this completely avoidable.
You were to close for the road conditions.
Not really I had a pretty good amount of distance but since I slammed on the brakes so hard my car Hydroplaned and slid but maybe I should have been a little more farther away since I didn’t know that my car was going to hyrdroplane and slide like that.

I’m not sure yet once they tell us later today or tomorrow if it’s a total loss I don’t know what they do with it if it’s a total loss

Accident is an accident, no sense in making the OP feel worse about his mistake.

high probability it’s a TL. While value is at an all time high, so is salvage value. Add that to probable frame damage, airbags deployed, and general lack of parts right now. Off this 1 pic and small bit of info I’d say 80% chance of totaling

If the air bags deployed that's a good indicator of it being a loss in many vehicles, those are super expensive suckers on top of all the other damage.
Yea we should be getting the call later today and all my friends are telling me it’s a total loss
