Installed the Teraflex adjustable rear track bar and chromoloy tie rod the other day. My Falcon steering stabilizer wouldn’t separate from it’s bracket so the stock stabilizer is back on for now.

I also decided to ditch the hood liner (it’s been stuck in a corner in case I change my mind since it turns out they’re expensive to replace).

Tonight’s project was a front facing camera (Amazon special)...it’s a bit grainy compared to the factory rear but passable. I maybe should have gone for Z-Automotive one but the bracket on that looks like it would conflict with the hood lock.

A truly minor part went on today but it’s nice to think that the, relatively, heavy block of plastic isn’t free to roam the vehicle in the event of a crash/roll event...

AEV jack base mount finally came in. Quick and easy installation once I found instructions online.

Which camera did you buy and how did you make it work?

I’m building up the nerve to paint the spare set of dash panels I have.
I decided to do a test run with the spare plate (we just had our rules changed here to allow no tag stickers on the plates so I mounted the one with no tags and took the sandpaper to the plate with tags on it).

The color has gone on fine but the clear coat isn’t looking shiny. I’ll see how it looks when dry but think I made a mistake somewhere along the line.

To be clear, there is a road legal plate on the Jeep, this one will just hang on the garage wall.

Another minor job ticked off the list...
Switched the Mopar(esque) seat back bags for some from the Warn Epic range - they match my roll cage bags, are water resistant and address my primary concern of the ones they replaced in that they are not always partially open.

Old style for reference.

While waiting for the compressor mounting bracket to arrive I was thinking about where to store the air line. It occurred to me that another Warn Epic seat back bag should be big enough and mount on the tailgate table.....it’s borderline perfect for the air line and tire deflators.

Was able to re-install the Falcon adjustable steering stabilizer, next up for the front end will be the HD drag link.
