Got the schematic of all possible fuses (attached). Compared my fusebox (attached) with all possible fuse locations shown on the schematic. Ensured that all items shown on schematic as “spares” were empty on my fusebox. Deleted all “spares” from schematic. This left me with a list of all potentially active fuse locations. Compared this with actual fuses on my fusebox. Matched all but 1 (5 amp, tan) (that is, 1 fuse was shown on the schematic but was empty on my fusebox). But my fusebox also has 3 fuses in addition to those shown on the schematic (2—one 5 amp, tan and one 10 amp, red—at the bottom, to the left of Module K16, and 1—25 amp, white/clear—beside the red and blue fuses to the immediate left of fuses F60 and F61). The schematic shows the missing 5amp fuse as being “if equipped”, but I don’t know if it is or not. If it is “not equipped”, it should be empty. But if it “is equipped”, I assume the additional 5 amp fuse is in replacement for the one missing. Similarly, the additional 10 amp fuse could relate to any of 3 “if equipped” 10 amp locations with empty fuses on my fusebox (F75, F85 or F87), or could be for something else entirely. I haven’t a clue what the additional 25 amp fuse is for, as it doesn’t appear to replace anything.
Jeep should provide an accurate schematic with the car, rather than requiring hours of forensic investigation to figure it out. Can anyone confirm what is controlled by the three fuses (5, 10 and 25) that appear on my fusebox but not on the schematic, or provide me with a more accurate schematic?
Thanks.
