How’s it going everyone. I’ve had my 2018 Wrangler JL Sport S Unlimited for about 4 years now currently sitting at about 62,300miles. I’m all about that maintenance and kept my vehicle in good shape and about two weeks ago brought my vehicle in for a Multi-Point Inspection at a local dealership for the 50k maintenance interval check. Everything came out fine no major issues reported so I went home. After couple days, while I’m driving my dash started flashing with park sense meter on and off, engine light went on, ESC, ABS, side brake sign, 4x4 service, shifter service, blind spot service, wipers going off, couldn’t turn it off, my steering wheel locked, gear is locked, possibly every sign that can be shown on the dash lit on. After awhile I turned off the engine waited for few minutes and I was able to drive. I brought my vehicle in coupe days ago complaining what happened and dealership managed to run a diagnostic , cleared the codes, and ran another inspection. It’s been about three days, last night it happened again. I don’t want to blame the technicians nor the dealership but this is getting out of control. I also noticed another lock on my vehicle where when I drive in slow speeds my vehicle would start going crazy with the dash and once I put my gear into park I can’t move my gear nor my steering wheel. Dash saying I need antilock service.
**this never happened to me in the four years of owning a wrangler up until I brought my car in for a inspection. Do I blame the dealership for this? I will be scheduling another appt or walk in and do another diagnostic….. not sure if I should contact my lawyer.

Have you replaced the battery(ies) in your Wrangler? Once batteries start going bad in modern cars they tend to light up the dash like a Christmas tree. If you're on the original battery is definitely on its way out.

Yes ! I’ve had my wrangler for 4 years now and I’ve replaced both the main battery and the smaller auxiliary battery. Dealership said battery looks perfectly fine.
