I just looked at their site, and yeah, if you don't mind buying an '18, those are all 10K off. Wow!

There is a discount for trade allowance and a finance discount in that price but no dealer fee.. and in Fl the dealer fee is usually $1000. You can refinance later if you can get a better rate somewhere else. Ends up being a really good price if you are ok with an 18 which was fine with me. Little dealership, met the owner and he was really nice

That's because they have the 2.0. They have a dealer factory incentive on the 2.0s to help move them. Not sure why people aren't buying the 2.0, maybe towing? who knows.

Fear of reliability concerns. Jeep buyers are not familiar with the 2.0. FCA does not have good reputation for quality. These are the things that would have me choose the Pentastar. However, at enough of a discount, I think I could be swayed, since it actually drives very nicely.

Yeah I guess. I know Ford is killing it with their 4 and 6 turbos. I never considered anything but the 3.6 unless there was a V8 option then it would be a no brainier.

When you look at 2018 JLs, look at the build date. Because of the late introduction, build dates for 2018s extend past the normal changeover to what would have been 2019 model year build.
My 2018 has an October 2018 build date. That's a 2019, by normal build cycles

Yes, still called a 2018, but it's a "better " 2018, improvements in assembly, will have a mileage head start too

How many hoops did you have to jump through to get that discount? It looks like they're playing the "list every affiliate under the sun" game on their website.

1,000 off for financing through them and 2,00 off trade allowance.
The Jeep I bought stickered for $42,470 and I got it for 33,000 with no dealer fees and they gave me 500 over Kelly blue book for my car. I will refinance after a couple months

So as always not as good as advertised but very close and a really good deal,

Here in FL there is alway a dealer fee of $800-$1000 at every dealer and this is the only dealer I’ve seen not to add that in so almost $9,500 under sticker without the $1000 dealer fee added on. They did have mine listed for $32,000 but with the trade allowance they added more back in the price but they were really friendly and gave me the best price I’ve seen

FCA seems to do this on different vehicles from time to time. It’s November now and they are still building the Dodge Challenger as a 2019 MY
