Do you have the fan on RECIRC ???

On my TJ I put it on recirc so I dont breath in dust. Works pretty good on recirculate. I havent had my JL on a good long dirt road yet. This has prompted me to do so.

Heh Heh, yup--having been in this NorNv desert dust for almost ten years, that's what I've found to be best at limiting the dust from "SNEAKING" in thru any little gaps/holes/malfitting seals--

Good luck

I have this problem too! Lots of dirt roads where I live and when I drive them for more than a short distance I wind up with dust all over the back of the Jeep and settling on every surface. Did someone say a dealer will replace the door seals under warranty? I want that too!

Same here. I noticed it the first time I went Offroad. Tons of dust in the back cabin. Seems to seep through the tailgate window where it joins the door. Lots of accumulation in that rubber seam when you open the door. Photos here also show the door jamb lock assembly covered in dust - I didn’t notice it there but never really looked.

I don’t see how a dealer ordered replacement will solve this. It’s an engineering defect. Very odd. I was going to put a couple strips of electrical tape across the gate to tighten up the seal.

Haven't really found a solution, I just live with it now and clean the jeep after every trip.

As for someone mentioning running the fan, well, to create enough internal air pressure you would want to run the fan at the highest speed and not on recirc. I have no idea if it can push enough air volume to create needed pressure but I am sure the noise at highest fan speed will become too annoying very quickly.
