it will be a few hours, you put the 5th in your passenger seat or pushed the seat fully forward? I dont care about it being crooked on the way back as long as its secure and can adjust everything later.
I put the 5th on my passenger seat. Note that I couldn’t see jack squat out the passenger side with that monster in the way, but I was only going a few miles. If I were you I would just go crooked on the back, push on it and tighten the lug nuts down, you can always pop the rubber bumpers off if you don’t like how it’s sitting.

Rim offset is the same between Sport and Rubicon, so if you take the spare off before you leave, you can bolt the Rubi wheel on the back, and stuff the other 4 inside. Definitely remove the seat. I got 4 31s in the back of my JL with the seat folded up, but I don't think 33's will fit on the rims with the seat there.

FWIW we just put 285/70 KO2s on my wife's JLU and didn't touch the spare tire bracket. The tire fit perfectly and clears the bumper.

Edit, missed what @The Fixer posted.

Why would anyone put 5 tires inside?

Leave the spare off on the trip there, then mount one of of the 5 take offs in the spare position. To save even more room, mount the take offs before you leave and put the 4 smaller tires inside. Take cardboard and moving blankets to keep things clean.

I left the spare off on the trip there and stacked the rest up, fit perfectly and even got my old spare in when i took it to get the sensors swapped
