You would think so, but just remember MSRP is just that: suggested. The dealer can price it at whatever he wants to. And check to see if they up the destination charge as well, which they shouldn't.

It's been on the lot for 90+ days, so hopefully there's not too many games, but who knows!

Hey, Jesse. Your numbers are kinda all over. Base Sahara is actually $36107 ($500 price increase in March), cold weather group is only $530 with the manual, as it won't include remote start, and the infotainment is $1331 (it's the Alpine system alone that's $1153). So your invoice price with that build would be $39922 plus $1445 dest.= $41367. These worksheets may be of some use:

There are many good dealers in MA doing 5% below invoice. If you're near Boston, there are a few north and south of there, and at least 1 good one in central western MA. Search the forum for good dealers in Massachusetts. Station in Mansfield, Colonial South (contact Adam Silver) in Dartmouth and Metro in Chicopee come to mind, but if you snoop around on the Forum, you'll find all of the contact info you need, meet a bunch of people willing to help and save a few grand, too.

I've got this question too, since the spreadsheet that was nicely provided to me has the df at 1445 at the bottom not calculated into the 5% off. I just got a dealer to agree to 5% off invoice, then another just told me it doesn't exist. *sigh*

My 5% below invoice price includes the DF.

For instance, if invoice price is $50,000 and destination fee is $1,445, you would find your price as follows:
0.95* (Invoice Price + Destination Fee)
0.95 * (50,000 + 1,445)
0.95 * 51,445
$48,872.75

Depends on the dealer. Destination doesn't really have an invoice price. Considering that equates to about $70, it isn't a big deal either way.

Im getting 36,098 if I then subtract a discount if 5% under invoice Im left at 34,294 plus destination comes 35,739

Is this right or am I wrong?

It's close, but your math is a few dollars off:
$30,995 MSRP=$30432 invoice+$2848+$1780+$975=$36,035-5% off=$34233+$1445 destination=$35,678, but your dealer might add in the $1445 before calculating the 5% off, as some have done, so this would bring it down another $73 or so, but this isn't common. I also believe the "S" package is 23S, whereas the "24" designation usually refers to the auto trans, "R" on the Rubicon, "G" on the Sahara and "B" on the Sport.

Invoice Vehicle Pricing (4 door), not including destination:

• Sport S - $32,804
• Destination Charge - $1195

I'm being quoted $33,274 as my invoice price and $1445 as my destination charge. Does that sound legit to all of you?
