LOve it! Miss my LJR every day. Out of curiosity why swap out the D44 for a D30? Steering and width would be my first assumption, but besides that, isn't a weaker axle?

After much discussion the Jk high pinion 30 is as strong as the LP44. The outer shaft has fewer splines but Jk 30 has bigger brakes and unit bearings. With chromally shafts I feel it’s as strong probably stronger and I have the width. Jk 30 and 44 are the same outside the pumpkin and I wanted a Jk steering setup.

Yes. To the trails, kids to school, drives better then factory. Title is clean but does have a bank note but very little. Will pay it off when I have serious interest.
