2" mopar lift and 1" rake???

So my set up is a JLUR - 2" mopar lift installed by dealer. Warn elite full width bumper and neon 10-s winch in the front. Rear has factory plastic bumper (warn elite rear bumper will go on once released). No my front end is 1" lower than the rear (measured from each fender). Rake is noticeable when looking at it. Is this because of the bumper and winch? will it level out when warn rear bumper is installed? Is my lift bad and should I take it back to the dealer?

Throw 100 lbs of weight in the very back to see how it will sit once you have the elite bumper installed...

If you ever do step up the tire size, or get heavier aftermarket wheels, the weight will drag the rear down. Plus, I know you're looking at installing the hobo roof rack soon, that weight will help as well.
