I love the Gobi on my 2 door. Wouldn't change it

Yes, it is expensive... but it is worth it. No drilling, usable with softtop, tough as hell, usable as mobile hunting platform, easy tie down compared to other racks,

Took me about 8 hours on my own.
I highly recommend a second person to mount it easier and to guarantee not to damage your car.

I used our company's lifter to mount it.

With second persond, you should be done in about 5 hours.

Had to read the instructions multiple times, cause the pictures on the print version are not as good as the online version. Maybe use a tablet or notebook for easier understandig.

Just finished installing both side ladders onto my Maximus-3 rack and thrilled with the results. I had small issue during installation/fitment of one of the ladders, reached out to customer service and Tyler came thru like a champ! Lots of compliments on the rack since installation.

Great looking Jeep! It looks like you might be at Garden of the Gods.

I'm not much for roof rack but man that one makes a good argument for getting one. Very nice and clean.

So after reading this entire thread, for me, the only option is Maximus-3. My primary consideration is safety which can't ever be compromised followed by practicality and it looks very nice. Being in the UK, the exchange rate GBP-USD isn't great, add to that carriage, import duty and value added tax and it'll have to stay on my wish list for a while...
