I have been bad, but once AEV puts the goods out I may be in real trouble.

:piggybank::piggybank::piggybank:
I'm with ya. Just waiting for Maximus 3 finally releases the tire carrier and AEV the back bumper. Maximus 3 keeps saying any day on the tire carrier at least the bumper will not be until fall according to AEV last time I checked.

hahahaha that is the way of it sometimes, but i just see those and think Carolina. i like them a lot, maybe when this lil betty and uncle sam quit sucking me dry ill get some. after my last impulse buy and taxes im busted for life it seems! :LOL::jk:
Ya, they told me they are having a hard time shaking the name. They keep putting CMM offroad out there and people keep refering to them as Carolina. Great product nice having the RAM mount on there as well. Ended up adding their grab bar RAM mount as well

Hey fellow 2 door Jeepers. My summer road trip with the daughter is coming up in a couple weeks. Will be spending 3-4 days in Savannah GA, then 3-4 days in Asheville NC. Anyone from those areas have any recommendations for things to see/do or places to eat. Also any recommendations of places to stop in Delaware for a day. That was the only state in the upper North East we missed last year so she wants to swing through there after NC.

Savannah is a beautiful city...if you like history and/or pirate lore, eat at The Pirates' House restaurant!

If you stop in Charleston SC (should be right along your route), I'd stop at the Warren Lasch Conservation Center (North Charleston) and see the H.L. Hunley, the first combat-successful submarine (amazingly advanced Civil War technology, great little museum, adventurous backstory on it's recovery); also Fort Sumpter is well-known and worth a visit, but Fort Moultrie is very special with a fascinating history. Google all three...

True confession #1: not from that area, but really like it.
True confession #2: member of Friends of the Hunley...but I'd recommend seeing it to any history/submarine/Navy buff!

I ordered my flag decals from pixeldecals today. I rotated the tires and added my 1.5" spacers and black lugnuts. I also tried my homemade jig for pulling the hardtop, so now I can do it myself. I am happy with all the changes and the jig

Hahahahahaha nope, not after taxes this year. Setting lash isn't something I've done before so the shop wants $675 just to replace the ring and pinyon plus bearings. We have a trip planned for memorial weekend and they can have it done by Wednesday. Bye bye money.

I've had buddies do their own gears and tell me they'd help but I think it's money well spent to get that done right. And in time for your trip? Priceless.

I think i am capable, but right now we are severely lacking in time. So like you said, if it can be ready for the trip, then its money well spent. Besides i already have a couple days on it
