Hi all, I'm looking to lift my Jeep and I seem to have narrowed it down to two brands.
JKS and Rock Krawler
To my understanding these two brands are both highly regarded in the Jeeper community. I'm not sure which brand is considered "better" but I get the feel they're both premium brands. Also if anyone knows about the warranties either of these companies offer, that'd be great to know as well.
The two kits im looking at are https://www.cjponyparts.com/jks-man...coils-jeep-wrangler-jl-2018-2019/p/JSPEC117K/ for the JKS and http://www.rockkrawler.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=JL25SM-2TT for the Rock Krawler.
Now, it looks like the JKS comes with more for less money so point JKS.
I'd like to hear about the ride quality of these two kits first and foremost, which is better? I'll be running a Go Rhino stubby bumper so I don't think weight will be too much of a factor as the bumper is around 65lbs if I remember correctly. Most of my driving will be on the road (Chicago roads are pretty much off road roads though) and I'm looking to put 35's on the Jeep, most likely BFG AT2's or Nittos.
Having never bought anything from either company and planning on keeping this JL for a long time I'd like to know about the quality and longevity of the kits/brands. How long before it starts to rust, sag, break, etc.
If anyone has put these kits on their 2 Door if you could I'd like to hear your experience with it and if you could attach a pic or two to show off your Jeep.
Thanks!
