Just bought a 18 JLUR 2.0T and notice the oil psi jumps all around. I have the 3.6 in a Durango so I understand about the 2 speed oil pumps, but there doesnt appear to be rhyme or reason why the oil psi jumps around on my 2.0. One second it will be at 18psi and the next it will be at 48psi. Oil temp, water temp, rpm, throttle position, etc all are the same. It literally happens in a second, the will go back in a few seconds. Or sometimes it stays at 17-19psi. Sometimes it will show 11psi while engine is off at during ESS at a stop light.

Any ideas before I call the dealer and see whats up?

Working as normal. It is my understanding that turbos do this.

This seems to be absolutely normal with the 2.0L. If it runs good, all is well. If you still don't feel good about it, call your service Manager and let him try to explain it, if he can.
