2.0L Water Leak

All I know is that just cranking dow on those two bolts worked for me. I have mechanics hands so two clicks of the elbow is good enough. At this point, problem is solved. It's been a while and I check them about every 3 months and they are still tight.

Whats the trick to getting a wrench on the upper one? I couldn't get a torx on it.

T-30. And you’ll need a small ratchet with an extension (most likely).

I use a right angle Torx key type wrench and reach down next to the air intake while kneeling on the bumper.

I don't know. I have lots of tools (way too many) and since i grew up as a mechanic, I just keep trying.

Mine are confirmed tight. Just got a socket wrench on them. 5000 mi

Mind taking a pic of the tool you used?
Mine isn't included in the TSB but it's very, very close to the, I'm guessing, FCA arbitrary cutoff.

Nothing cosmic. Regular ratchet, 2” extension, 3/8 drive to 1/4 drive adapter, then the T30 bit.

To get to the lower one, I had to put my head right near the front left tire, on the ground, then reach up over the diff to get the ratchet on the bolt.

Doing a little preventative maintenance and figured I would check my bolts. Both were not very tight. I used a t30 bit with the ratchet that comes with the Jeep to get to both bolts from below no problem.
