From what I've gathered the eTorque system monitors current draw and once the primary engine is delivering power and taking over the load it shifts to generator mode.
I wonder, if that’s the case, what the threshold would be and if it could be changed without adverse affect. Surely there is a downside or FCA might have gone further.

I did some figurin': 70 lb-ft = 95 Nm

95 NM @ 1500 RPM = 15 kW (According to this calculator: https://planetcalc.com/1908/)

The 48V battery is rated at 430 watt-hour, which should mean that the battery will last 1.72 minutes with the BSG at 1500 RPM (not accounting for charging the 12V battery, conversion losses, voltage drop, etc. and assuming that the motor is capable of max torque at 1500 RPM)

Hopefully my math is correct.

Have a video by any chance? I need more sound from mine.
I don't have any sound clips. There are a few on YouTube but none do it justice. As reported by many, cold starts are LOUD until it calms down after 2-3 minutes, then it's not really noticeable except you can hear the turbo idling. Nice. It's pleasant. Note...with the top up and rear windows out it's much more noisy.

This has to be a shit post right? Twin scroll maybe...twin turbo on a four cylinder?!?

you could get much more out of it with a larger compressor but no one has even cracked the stock ecu! Nobody knows the actual limit of the stock turbo, which is a pretty good size on its own.
I don’t see where anyone mentioned it, but the stock Wrangler 2 liter turbo IS twin scroll.
