I’m getting ready to lift my Rubicon and deciding whether to go with either 35s or possibly 37s.

Post your rig and comment whether you have any issues whatever size you’re running. Thanks!!

‘20 Sahara 2.0. 35’s. With the Mopar lift. It’s my DD. No issues, however it is nearly 100%. On road. It has been on numerous country dirt and gravel roads as well as through multiple fields, but nothing that I would label as off-roading. Just being honest.

Sept 5th was my one year gotcha day and currently have just over 20k miles on it. Setting around 22 mph average.

Good luck.

My first setup was the Dynatrac Endurosport true 2" lift with 315/70-17 BFG KO2's. Everything about it was great once dialed in, but it wasn't enough and it couldn't take much cargo weight (a dozen bags of groceries in the far back or 2 average sized adults on the rear bench seats) before sagging a noticeable amount. I'm now at about 4.25" lift from the Metalcloak 3.5" kit and rolling 38's. Again, once dialed in its an absolute dream. A bit stiffer of a ride to stand up to normal everyday loads, without being at all uncomfortable. Here's some direct comparison shots of both stock and with each lift. The only front shot I have of the first setup was taken after I chopped the front fenders. Also of note, the 315 ko2's are one of the smaller "35's", coming in at about 33.75". The 38" Milestar Patagonias are closer to true size at about 37.5". I belive the factory 285's were about 32.25".

Here's before and after pics of the MetalCloak 3.5" Game Changer lift, 37" Nitto Ridge Grapplers.

Once calibrated (Tazer), the 8 Speed covers the 37's well with the stock 4.10 gears. I'm still hitting 8th gear ~80mph on flat ground. In fact, to my surprise, acceleration and braking are still great. I'm a huge fan of the 2.0L Turbo.

2.5” lift and 37” KM3s with stock wheels and 1.5” spacers. Happy with gearing and tire and tire size.
