I'm not new to DI engines and it's not a concern to me. On DI engines with FI it's a much lesser issue than on NA DI engines.

I've had a 4 cyl loaner from my Jeep dealer. Thank God I did not buy this! Totally soft-peddle until the turbo kicks in. The 6 cyl is so much better. The gas mileage isn't different enough to put up with the lack of power. I still have the loaner. Taking it easy on the peddle. Don't want to blow the motor.

As far as I know FCA hasn't released an engine dyno chart, so on paper all 2.0s will have the same peak HP & torque.

Trying to do some research about the longevity of the turbo charger on the 2.0L, came across this article that I though was interesting.

Currently I have 18,800+ miles on my 2.0L, I'll be putting approximately 25k/year on my JLU and am curious how it might stand up long-term. I did get a premium extended warranty on it for 5 years / 125,000 miles just in case.
