I emailed Rock Hard because their JL bellypan doesn't mention 2.0 T. They had no idea that engine was an option. They wrote back:


Do not know, we've never seen one. I'll see about our local dealership bringing one over to us.

This can't be real... 5 years in and they don't know the engine options?

If you need a badass 2.0t skid system, go with Rusty's.

edit: Rockhard4x4 has skid system on their website for 2.0s... Is this post somehow real old and just identifies as being posted a week ago?

Well some dealer’s service dept apparently has never done an oil change on a JL before.

So I guess anything is possible. (Shrug)

Nope, just emailed them a couple days before I posted this. JL's are less common and apparently this engine option. Given my rig is 98% off road, I don't want to pay $1500 for an insanely complicated system to stop/start my engine in stop/start traffic.
