Hi,

I've got a '19 JLUR on the way, and would like to upgrade the tires on delivery. I'm fairly certain I want to go with the Nitto Ridge Grapplers, but I'm unsure about the 35x12.5 vs. the 315/70 (both in 17s). i'd be using the stock Rubicon wheels (7.5" width). I would prefer not to lift the Jeep at this point. I'm leaning towards the 315/70R17s as they are just a tiny bit shorter, and Discount Tire will mount them on 7.5" wheels.

I'm curious what people suggest, and if they have run them with the stock wheels. I do have the parking sensors, and would be interested to know if anyone is having problems with these tires on stock wheels with the sensors. Same goes for mounting on the spare tire mount with the steel bumpers. I'm hoping I can get away with all of this without a lift, tailgate relocation, and parking sensor issues.

Just ask @cosine he knows!
You won't get the ideal contact patch on the 7.5s but the 315/70s seem to be quite a bit cheaper for almost the same tire size so I'd run them, but might look at 295s for a better mount on the 7.5s, but won't be as tall :(

Sounds like 315/70 is the way to go. Now just need to hear from people who have them installed on stock Rubicons w/ steel bumpers to see if they have sensor issues. Thanks @blnewt !
