'19 JLRU Rear Fender Flare Needs Reattached

Mine partially came off, not sure why. I found these after some searching here and elsewhere and I think this is what I need.

What I can't seem to find is a video or set of instructions on proper way to reattach the stock fender flare (yes, I know I should replace them with aftermarket and I will, just don't have time to select new ones right now before a road trip). Can someone confirm the 2 items below are what I need for my '19 JLRU and share a video for the reinstall?

I don't think the fix could be any easier which is why you won't find instructions.
