'18 JLU Infotainment Console Unresponsive

Anyone else have this issue?

Console becomes unresponsive to any other screen/app than the one its currently on.
Could be fine on start-up, and happen mid-route, or start as soon as the jeep does. its completely random.

The dealership is saying "cannot duplicate it". They're trying to blame it on my screen protector, but as you can see from the video - this is before 1 was even installed.

I have the exact same issue.

There's a thread on this, alot of us have been suffering with this issue. Jeep is aware, and to be honest, nobody in the company knows how to fix it, or what is causing it.

So far, I think it's limited to 2018 models, but as soon as I say that someone with a 2019 will say they have it.
