If the top photo is of the actual fender, those are not the high-top fenders found on Rubicons, but the regular fenders found on Sports.
Rubicon high-top fenders mount flush with the hood opening.

The ebay picture of the Blue Wrangler is incorrect. Those are not high top fenders.
But the pictures of the fenders themselves are high top. They have the larger notch for the hood latch.
There is also all 4 fenders on ebay for $490 with free shipping - https://www.ebay.com/itm/184142899017
I'm just worried about the quality of the fenders. The seller has lots of feedback, but none on those fenders. You can get the legitimate fenders for about the same price, but the shipping is expensive.
