The shortest Chrysler offers is 2 years. And it is not a good deal.
I suppose it is possible a bank would do 12 months but I have never heard of it.

Leases less than 3 years are generally VERY expensive due to the depreciation curve. You are basically spreading out a bulk of the usage charges over 12-24 months.
