Can you send us your case number in a direct message? I want to take a look at this and notify the owning Case Specialist.I feel your pain.... Our 2018 JL Rubicon currently has been in the shop for the last 2 weeks getting a new transmission (2500 miles). Just found out today that it will need additional parts that were faulty from the factory. Still waiting to hear from Jeep Customer Care after more than a week and repeated phone calls. Not getting a warm feeling from Jeep or this experience.
