@TeraFlex for Rubicon owners looking to stick with 35’s and gain a little more clearance, has any consideration been given to offering a 1.5” lift option for the JLR and JLUR? I’d love to ditch my spacer lift for a set of quality coils.

I was looking at that option as well … Probably the route I will take

The more I think about it, offering a 1.5” lift option appeals to two different segments; those with rubicons looking to stick with 35s and those with sports/Saharas wanting 33s. There is a definite consumer need/want for this in the JL community.

Interested also in moving to coils from the Teraflex spacer lift I have currently.

Got a response from @TeraFlex yesterday and they said they don’t see enough demand for a 1.5” lift to justify production.

Well, I don’t see a lift that justifies my business then.

Got a response from @Metalcloak today, they have plans of potentially releasing a 1.5” lift for the 4 door, but not the 2 door.

What would be the difference from spacer vs coil? Are you looking for a stiff rate spring?

That would be one reason yes and I also prefer to lift a vehicle with longer coil springs instead of spacers. Never been a fan of spacer lifts.

Ok
Just did not know. I like the soft rate of stock for the DD. I'll stick with the plastic blocks..

Aaand I flipped like a politician. Got tired of waiting. Ordered the 1.5” spacer lift with some TeraFlex add ons since no one will make us a 1.5” spring lift.
