Bought a 2017 Willys 2-door late oct last year w 4K miles from a dealer. It had hard top and factory installed soft top bolted in. They assured me it was a complete soft top, but it was just the top and the arms. All the rest—hardware, windows—is apparently in a separate box. I leaned this weekend when I went to switch tops.
I called the dealer—Hudson Valley Jeep, lying liars—and of course they said it was sold as is, and the lying sales guy is no longer there, so f*ck off.
After arguing for 15 mins, they agreed to let me purchase the missing parts at cost, and quoted $554.
My question is: what parts are missing, and what should they cost? It’s a premium Sunrider.
