Hi, if I use coil spring spacers to lift the front and rear my JL 4xe one inch, should I replace any additional components? Or is a one inch coil spring spacer lift small enough that there’s little effect on those other components?

I wouldn’t change anything else with a 1” spacer. If I had to do something, I might add shock extensions but I highly doubt that’s even necessary.

Let me just say...it's a lot of work for 1". I'd vote go to the 2" terraflex at least with shock extensions and mopar lcas. I'm almost wishing I had grabbed a 2.5" kit as I don't want to tear it apart again for .5". Now I'm waiting til down the road to hopefully axle swap and bigger tires to then decide again on if I want a certain lift amount to get me the look I'm after. I do think for me mine looks proportionate with 33s and the 2" terraflex spacer kit.

I think every JL that's ever left the factory could benefit from better shocks. Rubicon shocks are short travel, non-rubicon are comically short. Bilstein 5100s are great for the price if you like a firm ride, fox 2.0s if you prefer a softer ride. The Mopar lcas wouldn't hurt as the caster is on the low end at stock height. Otherwise a 1" spacer is fine.

If you get a 2" spacer, you will want adjustable LCAs. The 4xe has appx. 1" higher spring lift than a gasser. They use the std. OEM LCAs on them since that 1" wont make a difference on the caster. You add a 2" lift, you are effectively putting a 3" spring lift on (probably more like 2.75"- 2.9" ish but that is neither here nor there). You will need to adjust your caster more than the added .2" on the fixed LCAs will allow. The Teraflex 1.5 spacer lift would be about the highest I would go (and am going) on non adjustable LCAs. This was tested and used by forum member GatorB8 on his rig before he went with a spring lift.

You wouldn't want to do shock extensions without matching bump stop extension.

In my experience the Rubicon 4xe stock suspension was pretty well centered in the shock travel at stock ride height. An additional inch is about the most I'd go before addressing downtravel.

I would avoid adding bump unless necessary for tire fitment.

OP, what trim? Are you changing your wheel/tire?

Note the TF 1.5 spacer for the JLU is actually 2" front 1.5" rear.
