01-27-19 Ghosts In The Machine... Media & Climate Control Freak Out Vids

So, we have the 2018 JLU Sport S. It's already been in once to flash the programming a couple of months ago.

There's the issue of the media cutting out, and the cell phone GPS locking, etc... HOWEVER... This is new:
It started on Sat. 01-26-19. It happened again on Sun. 01-27-19
We're taking it to the dealership tomorrow, 01-30-19 to have it diagnosed further.
Has anyone else had this happen?

Seems like something is wrong with your touchscreen maybe? Did you clean it, or if not, can you try? Or check for little crumbs around the edges of it maybe? VERY WEIRD!!!

Yup, we did the whole "clean the screen" thing. That was my 1st thought, that something was on the screen.
However, since we'd had it happen before, and this is definitely worse than the 1st time it was addressed, we're goin' in at 0630 tomorrow.
Just hoping that armed w/ the videos, they'll actually LOOK rather than just "flash"...
