Do you allow sailors in here?
USN 1969-1977 Vietnam era. Served about the USS Benjamin Stoddert, DDG22. I was Gunners Mate Missiles. Left the service as E6.
We were shot at and hit with a missile but no real damage and no casualties. However, we did have a hang fire in our forward 5" gun and lost 4 sailors when it cooked off later.

U.S.S. Milwaukee AOR-2 1970-1976 Viet Nam Vet who never actually went, time was served mostly in the Mediterranean.

Provided Electronic Warfare flying in the A-3 SkyWarrior during various detachments on the USS Midway, USS Coral Sea, and USS Constellation aircraft carriers.

Army 1989-present. I hit mandatory retirement next year and will end with over 31 years of service and over 23 years active duty. Been some places, seen some things, done some things. Currently doing time at Ft Leavenworth, but I get to go home at night. Command and General Staff School Instructor.

My most favorite time was spent with UH-1, OH-58, MH-6, and MH-60s. But that was a long time ago.

Ready to retire and PCS home to Oklahoma.

I see you're in my favorite state...I'm an old 82nd Airborne Div guy. Still have a house outside of Bragg. Currently trying to get back down that way...in DC right now. Not a fan of this place...everyone is in a hurry to go nowhere. LOL

I moved back home after I retired, and fortunately I was in Lejeune so it was a pretty simple matter. I'm closer to Bragg now so that's where my wife goes for her medical appointments.

Yes DC traffic is horrible! Fortunately for my visits, the metro can get me around wherever I need to go. Next time I go up there I might just take an Amtrak and not worry about even driving up there to start with.

US Army, 20 yr Retired from the military but I never stopped serving. I have over 40 years of non stop gov service.

I love all my military brother and sisters.

I love the lifestyle; adventure, travel, challenges, danger......I live for this shit !
I loved it so much I have continued the lifestyle through my second career.
So I say: “THANK YOU” American tax payers....for allowing me to live the dream !

First fell in love with M151A2; MUTT in 1980. Bought my first Civilian Jeep CJ-5 a couple years later. Then a Cherokee. They are gone, but i still have my Jeep TJ (daily driver) and my new Jeep JL.
With a long life filled with adventure.......what else could I possibly drive....The Jeep and my lifestyle are a perfect fit.
