I dont think anyone who lives or works on the water says much negative about the Coasties. Like you'll never hear a Marine say anything bad about Navy medical corpsmen.Really! Who do you think is going to pick you up after splashdown? Semper Paratus is a Latin phrase, meaning "Always Ready". Sometimes shortened to Semper Par. It is used as the official motto of some organizations, such as the United States Coast Guard
I did a little bit of work with EOD in the late 90s. I learned a lot from those guys. But you must have had it a lot rougher in your day. My appreciation for you and what you have done is immense. It's complicated, and classified.
