Thanks for sharing Mike!Someone sent me this and I thought this would be a most proper place to share it.
Naw, I'm keeping the M60 Very few M151 "Jeeps" in civilian hands. I saw a guy with one in DC many years ago and he wouldn't say were he got it. I remember that there were lots of "roll over" reports back then. Mine had its front diff damaged by a grenade so I removed the drive shaft and plugged the hole in the transfer case and drove it that way. I also cut a small section from the coil springs to lower it. Also eventually put civilian style tires off a junked piece of flight line equipment. It was off the books with a data plate from an in country salvage yard.great photos , I will trade you my new JL for your green beast if you still have it : )
p.s. I guess you won't include the M 60

Semper Fi!to all my military brothers and sisters.
Mike, welcome back to states. We have a family friend who's husband is stuck at RAF Mildenhall (not that being there is a hardship) from an initial 90 day deployment. The wife and daughter miss him, of course. We just heard the other day that they might be allowed to return home to Beale soon. Finally back stateside. Damn Corona, another two weeks of quarantine after my two weeks of quarantine leaving my last location. FML!
There's a young man from my church that just got back from his deployment too. He's stuck in Utah for his post deployment leave and can't come home. Kind of a bummer for his family but we're glad he's back stateside.Mike, welcome back to states.
