speaker resistance

I used polk audio speakers in my 2004 Wrangler X paired with a kenwood aftermarket head unit. The sound was amazing, even with the top off. I plan on using Polk Audio speakers in my 2018 JLU to replace the factory speakers in the dash (upper and lower) and the sound bar. Has anyone done this...
