reset problems

I bought my 2026 Rubicon X November 17, 2025. Shortly after I noticed the built in navigation (Tom Tom) would be stuck showing vehicle at the last place where I last shut it off. It has never stopped working while driving so seems to be a problem at start up. I usually use Android Auto, but...
