power box

Hi, I just signed on my 24 Sahara 4xe yesterday, it came with the Power Box (no delete), but when I plug it into the charging connector the Jeep doesn't recognize it. It shows "Problem with charger" on the instrument LCD and the "Vehicle" light flashes on the Power Box. I can find absolutely...
