plug 2009 jku water

Just purchased a 2009 JKU Manual . Realized while driving in rain driver side carpet became soaked. Dried entire carpet and realized the plug in the picture was not secured. Brought to Jeep dealer and parts department could not identify the part any help on a replacement or just find a rubber...
