no go

I have had this happen a few times now. After switching into the next gear the Jeep has no go. It has happened from a stop into 1st. It has happened 2nd to 3rd. The worst was trying to get up to speed on the highway 3rd to 4th. Also the start stop light is on but will go out when you restart...
