flashing

Hello, everyone! so I have this problem in my 2020 JL 2.0T that when switching to 4wd the light starts flashing as in it never engages. I took it to a mechanic, and they put in a lift and asked me to put it in 4H to check if it was at least mechanically engaged, and sure enough 4 wheels...
