diff fluid

Hi , I had a pinion seal leak , water filled the front diff , i cleaned the most of it with brake clean + oil change 3 times after 200km interval , the front diff still has a grinding sound when 4*4 engages , the front diff had a lot of water for 2 weeks , it stated to get a rust on it ...

So...I've been trying to track down the clunking/clacking sound on my 22 V6 Wrangler Rubicon with the XR package. There's also a whining sound that can be manipulated by throttle at around 45mph-65. This is the diff oil after 30k miles. After changing the diff oil, the whining subsided a lot...

I have only changed my engine oil every 5K miles myself. I realize I have to change my differential oil and transfer case I believe. I am not sure about transmission or any other fluids, and I am planning on having what I need changed all done at once so I don't have to send it to the shop more...
