blutooth

Hi, In my Rubicon I'm facing this issue when I talk to someone on the phone via carplay they can't hear me well but on blutooth they can. And also on blutooth I can't hear/record voice messages through whatsapp but on carplay it works. The thing is I don't face these issues on my7 inch...
