Going through my parts bin I found these two screws and for the life of me I have no idea where they came from. Anyone know?

Does anyone have a good source for OEM style black Torx bolts? Or, does anyone know what kind of finish the OEM fasteners have? Black phosphate, black oxide, black stainless? Oiled or waxed? There are plenty of places to get black fasteners on the ol' Interwebs. But I'm not sure about their...
