3.45 gears

I have a 2021 JLU Sport Altitude, 3.6l 8 speed auto. Factory 3.45 gears... Can I comfortably run 37's for a while? Once it's lifted, of course. I rarely take it off road- and if I do, it's a light dirt road with the occasional mud pit. I keep it on the pavement 99% of the time though. I don't...
