2019 sahara trim

Like many others posts I’ve read, I hate the factory grill inserts on my 2019 Sahara. My Sahara is black and I’ve been working on adding red trim. I purchased a set of red grill & headlight inserts that are adhesive backed. Do I install these over the existing trim? Or do I have to remove...
