Honestly, Jeep Canada's support has been pathetic. It took them 2+ weeks to respond to my email when I was having connectivity issues (Sirius Guardian) and they sent me a copy/paste email to go see a dealer.

My 2019 Cherokee with Uconnect 4C has a similar issue. But if I use AA at all, I have no useable volume controls, this happened after an OTA update. If I don't plug my phone in, all is well Also I don't have ORP yet either, despite the booched OTA update that has installed.

Pretty sure that FCA voids your warranty if you do that, if a dealer will even sell to you.
