Is it the service locker system fault? If so, I had the same fault. Mine happened out of warranty as well. I opted to order the z locker harness from z automotive. I ordered one for the rear then one for the front since the fault kept happening. I haven't had the fault since. Now my lockers work...

I had death wobble appear after I installed a lift kit. I found the ball joints in my drag link were worn out. Mine appeared the day I swapped my steering stabilizer out and installed a steer smarts sector shaft brace.
