I would LOVE to tow it out of there. I’m afraid it might make it worse. I don’t trust this dealership and I wish I had towed it elsewhere.

when I asked for a a rental/loaner my advisor said they weren’t a car rental agency. The service manager won’t return my calls. Jeep said I could be reimbursed if I rented a car on my own for 5 days only.

The check engine sign went on and I pulled over. I put it in run to roll up the windows and the windshield wipers went crazy and the dashboard started flashing. I could not stop it until the batteries went dead. I had it towed to the dealership.

I need a new engine for my 2018 JLU sport s 3.6 l automatic. The dealership told me i only needed new batteries(1,100 for 2 batteries, diagnostic and labor)and now it’s a whole new engine. I’m still under warranty but the advisor told me engines are on back order with no ETA. Please advise
