  1. Do angry eye jeeps get jeep waves?

I dont wave at anyone unless we pass in the woods or far from any city. Angry grills... not a chance. I will stop and help anyone to my full extent if needed. I hate the wave and the stupid ducks. I did wave more when my YJ was new.
  2. Got 'um and they are RED!

What is the part number? Are they to fit on a dual piston caliper? I ordered a set of the green and they were too small. I'm not sure what calipers I have other than dual piston on a 2020 Sport. They are quite a bit bigger than the rear calipers.
  3. Right or Wrong?

I'm sorry, the real crime is being anywhere near Rochester. Period. Ducks suck and I don't wave. It's the same four people every day...
  4. JLR-X almost ate a bumper

I guess I need some help. I ordered the green EBC pads and they were very small compared to the factory pads I removed. About 3/4 size. I have a 2020 Sport, Dana 35 in front with a caliper that has dual piston. It is almost twice the size of the rear. I have not ordered special brakes or did...
  5. Windshield fogging up??

@TheBirdie72 Holy crap! You were right. I put seven 1/8" holes evenly spaced across the lower portion of my windshield and now I haven't fogged up at all. Tomorrow I plan on going out of the garage for about 10 mins if my mom will let me.
  6. Smaller aftermarket key fob?

When I swapped my first one the RFID chip was in pretty good with the factory fob. When it finally worked free it flew out and went somewhere in the large shop at work. We looked for a long time "after hours" and came up short. Swept the floors, work benches, and all over. Nothing. One of the...
  7. Smaller aftermarket key fob?

I personally do not care for Threedom. They take my money way too easily and the products are better than expected. I want to get abused, like Brownelled. 😲 Really, Threedom is just awesome. No issues and it's a great upgrade for a smaller fob. Buy with confidence.
  8. Mirror smashed - Part Needed

Are those the part numbers with the RH and numbers on it? Right Hand...
  9. Any trailered Jeeps? Need tie-down advice

I have the straps that go over your tire and ratchet down to a load point. Great with 33's and hold tight. It lets the suspension work and stays tight from the tire to the trailer. No movement at all, strapped on all four corners. If you want to use them for a while mine are just sitting...
  10. What did you NOT KNOW about your Jeep until today?

Well, I have not had an A/C until this Jeep. Today I was concerned my A/C was not shutting off even though the light was out. I found out the compressor turns on whenever the vents are in a partial defrost position. I have always had the vents to the windshield and the floor. The compressor has...
  11. To honor a fellow Veteran 🫡

Great story and you should be proud to share. Thanks for that. Because of you and your Uncle, I purchased the flag decals yesterday. They look great and I have been looking for something like that for a bit. When they come in and I install them, you both will be on my mind. I will have a beer...
  12. Cargo Area Lighting Solutions?

This is what I have had for a few years now. I hardwired it into the cargo light and it dims and shuts off correctly. The wiring is very clean if you run it through the proper channels. I had to get some 3M double sided tape and re-attach it after a year, so you may do that at first. It lights...
  13. Jeep Wave Pressure

Nope. Dont wave to anyone unless I know them. Most folks are just like "It's a Jeep, we love them". I just don't give a crap. The more it happens, the more I say nasty things.
  14. Leather Seat Options: Nappa Leather vs Standard Leather

It was terrible, the more I rubbed mink oil on it the harder it got. I just tossed it into the bin at the Salvation Army.
  15. Leather Seat Options: Nappa Leather vs Standard Leather

Holy crap, the finest whale penis leather! I had a bomber hat made with whale penis and seal skin, it was so stiff I couldn't wear it for years.
  16. What Did You Get For Christmas?

I got to see my Son and Grandson opening presents for the first time. My Grandson was born a bit early and spent 104 days in the hospital. Doing just fine now and off O2. This was good enough for me.
  17. Keeping the rear end from sliding

I ran in 40 plus inches of snow on unplowed roads. 20PSI on BFG KO2 33's. Did not have any issues and the people I ran with were pissed and tried to get me stuck, it didn't happen. The guy with 38's had to winch out and was not touching the bottom. May be the driving style and tire pressure...
  18. At wit’s end with 2022 MT JLU

I like the transmission with all it's stupid quirks. It has been solid. The clutch has scared me from the first time starting it and after hearing and seeing the issues I was done. I didn't want to take the chance of loosing the trans and clutch so I bought a CF2. This is what the Jeep should...
  19. Where does this go??

It's the clip to hold your positive clamp to the battery. If it's off it's most likely broken, not needed anyhow.
  20. What is the good differential fluid for first change?

So. After all the reading and education, I used Royal Purple 75W90 in the front and 75W140 in the rear. That is what we had in stock in town and Amazon will not ship this to my location. The front took just 1qt and I checked again after 15 hours. It was full. The rear took the speced level...
