Picked up my Jeep today. Fueled up and charged up. Walter was awesome. Highly recommend Gupton to anyone. Here’s my Jeep and a few pics I snapped. Easily 200-300 Jeeps on the lot.
Pizza tracker updated finally today to show delivered. It was actually delivered on 7/16. Tracker says 7/23, and shipping still TBD lol. It didn't update until 7/28. Crazy that dominos can track a $6.99 pizza with accuracy but FCA can't track a $70k vehicle.

Jeep tracker is all jacked up lately don’t trust it. Mine has been at the dealership for a week. Jeep tracker had 7/23 estimated delivery (most recently) and still shows not shipped as of today. In fact my “estimated delivery” is now 8/3 even though it’s already been delivered.

Heard from Walter that my Jeep shipped Saturday and may be on the lot, he hasn’t looked. Tracker still shows that it hasn’t shipped though.

I wish we had some insight into why so many vehicles are shipping the same day they're built, while some sit in "ready to ship" for a month or more. Even vehicles going to the same dealer. It is maddening. I suck at being patient.
Congrats on those whose Jeeps arrived. When I checked with Jeep Chat yesterday the rep commented that it was unusual that it has been sitting in ready to ship for so long and said he’s going to “send a message” but “you won’t hear back”. That was a new one for me. Sigh.

It seems over the last week or so, Jeep Chat is just using the same tracker as we are. It used to be they'd provide information before it changed in the tracker. As a test, I tried to get information with only my VIN and customer info, and said I don't know the VON. They said they couldn't look...
Jeep chat is no longer helpful, I don't think I'll be checking with them anymore. They're just using the same tracker as we have now and regurgitating that info. Used to be they'd give updates ahead of seeing them in the tracker.
