I like the way your mind works. You are correct, I'm not trying to gain clearance as I already have plenty. My goal is to get a slimmer DRL and get that giant plastic housing out of the way up front that hangs down.

What most of these guys are not comparing, is OEM to Hothead. Or, if they are, they aren't stating they had the OEM to begin with when giving you their opinion. I'm curious about the Hothead headliner also, but I have the OEM and would want to know how much of a difference to justify the price.

I did the exact same as this - except I did the TeraFlex LCA's because the Mopar's weren't available at the time. I think this produces the perfect gap and ride quality without messing with too many suspension components.
